Cancellation, no-show policy, refunds

Cancellations made without 48 hours' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee

Any cancellation fees will be applied at the time of scheduling

Failing to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in being charged the full service amount plus a $50 fee. 

Clients who cancel or no-call/no-show their appointments may not receive priority booking and will be offered the next available appointment that fits my schedule.
